lockbox bizBox is your online collaboration tool enabling you to share information with multiple people at the one time - each bizBox represents a group of people that you want to share information with.

Typical lockbox bizBox clients include:

  • An accountant, bookkeeper and client combination where collaboration is necessary between everybody;
  • Business-to-business collaboration where providing external people access to your systems is a no-go;
  • You and other members of your project, sales, technical or other teams.

In the bizBox example to the right, Partner A, Associate B, Project Mgr C and you (Team Member D) can access the information every time a file or message is added.
